CLIENT INFORMATION

Drug Court Eligibility (General criteria, check local program for specifics):

1. First time non-violent felony drug offenders, possibly including alcohol related offenses.
2. Male or female offender.
3. Active substance abuse problems and in need of intensive treatment and supervision.
4. Pre-plea and post-plea cases, depending on local program practices.
5. Offenders with serious health or mental health problems may be excluded.

Residential Probation & Parole Program (RPP):

Eligibility and referral are determined by the Missouri Department of Correction’s Missouri Probation & Parole office.

Work Release Program (WRP):

Eligibility and referral must be Boone County Court ordered. Exceptions may be made by the Reality House Programs, Inc. Executive Director if sentenced outside Boone County.

Federal Bureau of Prisons Program, United States Probation Office, and United States District Court:

Referrals must come from the Bureau of Prisons, the Western or Eastern District United States Probation Office, or the United States District Court.

Drug Court Program (DCP):

Referrals must enter Reality House Programs through the Boone County Drug Court Program. The Drug Court Administrator is the point-of-contact.

Federal Treatment Programs (FTX):

Referrals must come from the Bureau of Prisons or the United States Probation Office.

Inmate Trustee Program (ITP):

Placement/Referrals must be made by the Boone County Jail. Exceptions may be made by the RHP Executive Director if sentenced outside Boone County.

Residential Transition Program (RTP/PMI):

Eligibility and referral are determined by Reality House Programs.

On-Track Court (REI):

Eligibility and referral are determined by the Boone County On-Track Court Program.

Mental Health Court (MHC):

Referrals must enter Reality House Programs through the Boone County Mental Health Court. The Mental Health Court Administrator is the point-of-contact.

DWI Court Program (DWI):

Referrals must enter Reality House Programs through the Boone County DWI Court. The DWI Court Administrator is the point-of-contact.
